Our Story
LakeView Pack Engineering (LVPE) was founded by Eric Lake in 2013, after spending over 15 years working for notable companies like Jedson Engineering, Patheon Pharmaceuticals and Fluor Corporation. He achieved success in his roles but yearned for a more flexible schedule with his growing family and soon after LVPE was born. Eric began partnering with key business associates, from his past roles, who trusted his skills, appreciated his personal approach and fair pricing. LVPE quickly began to grow as Eric realized his personalized and friendly business style was different than the larger consulting firms. Quickly, new business opportunities began rolling and additional help was needed, so he began partnering with other professional engineers he had grown to trust. As LVPE expanded and diversified, the name needed to reflect the wider range of services offered and it evolved to LakeView Technical Services.
Today, LakeView Technical Services (LVTS) consists of a diverse team of professional engineers with multiple resources to assist a wide variety of client manufacturing sites built from a foundation of key business partnerships and established trust. LVTS provides, but is not limited to, Project Management, Validation and Engineering solutions for the Food & Beverage, Health & Beauty, Cosmetics, Nutritional, Medical Devices, and Pharmaceutical industries. Eric W. Lake
Offers over 20+ years of Engineering, Validation, and Project Management experiences primarily focused in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Food & Beverage industries. My entrepreneurial thinking started early in my career and flourishes today. I’m constantly challenging the status quo and identifying new pathways to success. As president and founder of Lakeview Technical Services I’ve identified and implemented a successful business model that delivers positive outcomes for our clientele while also focusing on our most important asset, our technical service resources. As Lakeview Technical Services evolves I look forward to continued successes as a world class services provider for our customers.
Robert (Bob) Adkins
Offers over 22 years of exceptional solutions for the world’s leading Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Food & Beverage markets. Throughout my career I have supported Quality Control, Manufacturing, Packaging, Operations Management, Engineering, Project Management and Validation. As Principal Validation Engineer for Lakeview Technical Services I provide expertise and guidance on commissioning, qualification, and validation compliance. I efficiently develop and execute solutions that address the individual needs of our clients. I look forward to growing both the validation team and our footprint as validation experts.
Brian N. Watson
Offers over 20 years of experience in Packaging Equipment Engineering, Lean Manufacturing (Six Sigma Black Belt Certified), Project Management and Validation services for the world’s leading Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Food & Beverage markets. As Senior Engineer for Lakeview Technical Services I’ve delivered many projects including facility upgrades, automated packaging solutions, and new manufacturing suites. In recent projects validation services has become an integral part of my typical project deliverables. My broad array of experience in various industries allows me to improve my clients systems and processes. I look forward to future opportunities where I can leverage my expertise while building new client relationships.
